Signature and Ratification of Anti-Corruption Treaties by 16 SADC Member States
In 2007 ACT-SA launched a tracker on the signing and ratification of the SADC Protocol against Corruption, the AU Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption and the UN Convention against Corruption. SMEs Anti-Corruption Forums
ACT-SA set up and empowered SMEs Anti-Corruption Forums in Kwekwe, Gweru and Zvishavane district of Zimbabwe. The forums discuss and encourage each other from corruption activities
Zimbabwe urged to fully implement Chapter II and V of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC)
ACT-SA produced a civil society parallel report on Zimbabwe’s implementation of Chapters II (Preventive Measures) and V (Asset Recovery) of the UNCAC. The same informed a Statement submitted by the UNCAC Coalition, in accordance with paragraph 1 (i) of resolution 4/6 of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption and rule 17, paragraph 3 (b), of the rules of procedure for the Conference.

Gokwe Town Secretary Arrested for Corruption
Following a report by ACT-SA on corruption scandals at Gokwe Town Council, Melania Mandeya, the Town Secretary got arrested and dismissed from work.
